Come celebrate our Historic Past in our beautiful valley below the Sangre De Cristo Mountains.
Events include Mine and Museum Tours, Craft Fair, Amish Horse Demonstrations, Children's Games, Jack Leg Drill, Blacksmith, Gunsmith, Surveying, Gold Panning, Old Post Office, Historic Ghost Walk, American Legion Breakfasts, Cowboy Church and more.

Schedule of Events

We are currently accepting applications for food and vendor booths.  We are hosting a craft fair at our park along with the Mining Days celebration this year.  If you are interested in setting up a booth at this event, please click on the links below for information and applications, or call Ginny Holloway, Town Clerk at 719-783-2615.
